Education/Work Background
I am a senior at UNC Chapel Hill studying for a B.A. in Computer Science. I’ve had experience doing software development at LabCorp and Deutsche Bank in the last two summers.
R experience
I have no past experience with the R programming language.
Research interests
I’m a huge sports fan, be it football, soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis, whatever. I know there are tons of methods of statistical modeling that are used in different areas of those sports, and I want to learn more about how R can be utilized in that regard.
